Learn to take care of your intimate area

There are some details that we must know in order to learn how to properly care for the intimate area. In this way we will be able to prevent discomforts and enhance their natural defenses:

  • Never use a body wash in the intimate area.  It is a very delicate part of the body, with a bacterial flora that is altered if we apply conventional soaps for the body.

You must use a specific soap and only on the outermost part, since for the innermost part we will only use water.

    • Better use underwear made of cotton or other natural materials.
    • Choose tampons and pads that are as natural as possible. An excellent alternative is the menstrual cup and panty liners and cloth pads.
    • Preventing and fighting constipation is also essential for good vaginal health. These are two connected body parts that are easily disturbed.
    • There are people who suffer imbalances in the intimate area on a recurring basis, such as infections or inflammations. They should also take into account the influence of stress and emotional reasons, especially with the partner.

    A specific oil

An excellent way to take care of the intimate area is to  ingest this oil in the form of tea. This should have moisturizing, soothing, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties.

In this way we will be enhancing the natural defenses without altering the bacterial flora. In addition, even if it is not a soap, it is also very beneficial to act from within.

To the mixture we will add a few drops of specific essential oils to achieve the properties that we have mentioned.

    How do we prepare it?
