Ingredients

For the Bolognese sauce:

  • 500 grams of ground pork
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 400 grams of tomatoes
  • 170 grams of bacon
  • 3 cups of chicken broth
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 cup of dry red wine
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup of milk
  • Water
  • Salt and pepper

For the bechamel sauce:

  • 6 tablespoons of butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 4 cups of milk
  • salt, pepper and nutmeg

For the pasta:

  • 350 grams of lasagna pasta

To mount:

  • 2 and ½ cups of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Butter, amount needed

Preparation of the Bolognese sauce

  1. Chop the onion into Julienne, grate and chop the carrot and cut the garlic very finely (you can use a food grinder).
  2. Heat a little oil in a saucepan, add the vegetables and fry for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the two types of minced meat and also, the cut bacon.
  4. When they have browned a little, pour in the wine and bring it to a boil.
  5. Add the milk and cook for 10 more minutes.
  6. Put the diced tomatoes and 2 cups of the chicken broth. Boil until thickened.
  7. Season with salt and pepper, remove from heat and let it cool down.

Preparation of the bechamel sauce

  1. Heat the butter in a saucepan so that it melts.
  2. Add the flour and milk without stopping to stir.
  3. Cook until it comes to a boil.
  4. Lower the heat and stir until you get a cream.
  5. Season and season.

Preparation of lasagna bolognese

  1. To make the lasagna, you just have to follow the instructions on the package, which indicates the amount of water and salt, as well as the cooking time. Do not forget when removing from the pot, put the plates in cold water, to prevent them from continuing to cook.
  2. Turn on the oven and grease a rectangular or square pan.
  3. Top with a layer of Bolognese sauce as a base.

  • 1 kg of minced meat
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 glass of red wine
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • Salt and pepper
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 1 box of lasagna dough
  • 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Slices of Manchego cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes

Preparation of the Bolognese sauce

  1. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic.
  2. Add the minced meat and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add the celery and diced carrots.
  4. Pour the glass of wine and let it reduce before adding the tomato puree.
  5. Season and season.
  6. Remove from the heat and add the basil leaves. Reservation.

Assembling the Bolognese lasagna

  1. Make the lasagna as directed on the package and turn on the oven.
