  • 300 mL (1 ½ cup) warm skim milk
  • 1 cup (200 g) of pureed vegetables such as: carrots, sweet potatoes, spinach, etc.

Preparation

  • First, in a container, combine the margarine, milk, salt and sugar until they form a smooth layer.
  • Next, dissolve the yeast in the water and add it to the previous container
  • Gently mix in the flour while kneading
  • Add the vegetable puree
  • Work the dough with your hands for 10 minutes and let it rest
  • When it has doubled its volume, place on a floured surface and assemble the rolls
  • Place on a floured baking tray and leave enough space between them

  • When they are well united, let it rest in a container until it doubles in volume.
  • In another container place the rest of the ingredients
  • Mix and add the water little by little
  • Knead until a homogeneous mass
  • Join with the previous dough and knead it for about 15 minutes
  • Let stand on a warm tray until it increases in volume again
  • Take to the oven
