25-day Routine To Change Your Life Completely

If you feel exhausted and bored, both physically and mentally, the time has come for you to stop and consider changing your life or, rather, your routine. In this sense, changes often come in handy. 

However, it is true that changes are scary and paralyzed. It is normal to be afraid of the new, but there are times when it is necessary to leave this behind in order to be better, at peace, happy with yourself.

It is true that there is a lot of pressure on a daily basis and that perfectionism can be a punishment. Demanding yourself a lot, all the time you do not leave room to enjoy or stop to make the necessary adjustments to live a better reality.

  • Learn to  enjoy little things : a walk outside, read a book , take a bath… Breathe and relax as you do so.

By making these changes,  you will feel alive , happy, with a purpose, with energy. In reality, your true self will emerge, what you want for yourself, not what you have believed or imposed on yourself, for various reasons.

    Tips for practicing meditation

    • For beginners some sessions last 10-15 minutes , is the ideal for the beginning.
    • There are several meditations with background music with soft instruments such as the harp, the piano, among others. There are also meditations that combine different sounds of nature. 
    • Find a comfortable, cozy place, where you do not have interruptions  of any kind. It can be done on a chair or armchair; that is to say lying down or sitting down.
    • To avoid distractions, the ideal is to turn off the cell phone. 
    • Remember that it is a sacred moment for you , it is advisable to do it at the same time every day.
    • At first, it may be difficult for you to adapt to silence. But if you continue to work on your meditation with patience and determination, you will be able to exceed your expectations.
