2 Ingredients To Rejuvenate Facial Skin

It is a good idea to take advantage of natural ingredients to rejuvenate and keep facial skin well-cared for.

When taking care of facial skin it is important to take into account several aspects, to begin with the type of skin. Now, when they reach a certain age, many people are interested in reinforcing, above all, the aspects that allow them to keep their skin young and free of imperfections.

In this regard, there are natural ingredients that can help rejuvenate the skin to a great extent. And even though the beauty industry offers a wide variety of products, it is not always wise to expose your skin to so many chemicals.

Rejuvenating natural ingredients

Among the natural ingredients most used as rejuvenators are coconut oil and honey.

Both ingredients have excellent properties but, when combined in the same preparation, the benefit for the skin is even more noticeable.

These ingredients not only hydrate the skin, but help to cleanse it thoroughly. And with regard to coconut oil, it should be noted that it does not overstimulate the sebaceous glands, therefore, it does not favor the excessive production of fat.

Coconut oil is rich in vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that is very convenient for rejuvenating treatments, since it contributes greatly to cellular health. For its part, honey is appropriate to hydrate and rejuvenate the skin.

Coconut oil benefits

Coconut

High in lauric acid and vitamin E, coconut oil is one of the healthiest natural products for your skin.

It has moisturizing, repairing and antimicrobial properties that stimulate cell activity for optimal skin tissue repair. Its texture is similar to that of commercial body creams, which facilitates its application and subsequent absorption.

Its high levels of medium chain fatty acids help regulate pH while improving skin restructuring.

It is also very useful in the preservation of collagen and elastin, which, as many know, are responsible for maintaining the youth of the dermis.

As if that were not enough, it minimizes the negative effects of free radicals and the sun’s rays, the main causes of premature aging.

Benefits of honey from bees

Honey from bees is one of the foods most used in cosmetics, in various types of treatments for hair, skin and also in the field of hygiene; therefore, it can be found among the ingredients of many shampoos, creams, lotions, tonics, masks and soaps.

Now when it comes to skin ointments and creams, what stands out the most about honey is its great healing and moisturizing effect.

Depending on its botanical origin (that is, the type of plant from which the nectar comes), honey can have different characteristics. For this reason, there are lighter and solid honeys and others, viscous and darker. In this sense, it should be noted that the darker the honey, the richer it is in nutrients.
